Who are The Retrograde?

We're a charity shop – online and on the high street – supporting No Knockout. We sell retro, vintage and collectable items: games, music, books, memorabilia, trading cards and more. Every purchase helps the charity.

Are your items new or used?

Most of our stock is pre-owned and one of a kind. Each listing states the condition and we photograph the actual item you'll receive, so please check the photos closely. Anything new or sealed is clearly marked.

How much is delivery?

UK tracked delivery is £2.99 on orders under £25, £3.99 on orders £25–£39.99, and free on orders of £40 or more. We also deliver to the EU. See our Delivery policy for full details.

How quickly will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch by 5pm on the next working day, with tracking on every parcel.

Can I return an item?

Yes – most items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. See our Returns policy.

Can I collect in person?

Some large items are collection only, and this is stated on the product page. For anything else, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

What is Retrograding?

Retrograding is our trading card grading service. We can slab your cards, check grades or submit them for professional grading. See Card Grading for prices and multi-card discounts.

Can I donate items?

Yes please! Donations are what keep the shop going. Drop them into our shop or contact us about larger collections.

Do you sell on eBay too?

Yes, but our website prices are usually lower than our eBay prices, so buying here directly gets you the best deal.
